September 17, 1943: Accepted at Factory.

October 6, 1943: Redesignated TP-47G at Seymour-Johnson AFB, North Carolina.

March 26, 1944/45: Assigned to Air Transport Command (ATC) for ferrying to new location.

April 1, 1944/45: Assigned to Dalhart, Texas.

May 29, 1945: Assigned to ATC for ferrying to new location.

June 6, 1945: Assigned to Reconstruction Finance Corporation.

June 29, 1945: Stricken from the inventory at Ontario, CA.
