Friends of TFC Membership and Sales Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Friends of TFC (FofTFC) is the\u00a0 supporters organisation for\u00a0 the Fighter Collection.<\/p>\n

1. Membership is as\u00a0 per\u00a0 currently published rates within the online subscription to\u00a0 Friends of TFC.<\/p>\n

2. The subscription will\u00a0 not\u00a0 change during the annual term of an individual\u00a0 membership\u00a0 but the\u00a0\u00a0 join and renewal rate\u00a0 may be\u00a0 subject to change.<\/p>\n

3. Valid Membership of Friends of TFC entitles the\u00a0 member to a 10% discount on Friends of TFC merchandise as\u00a0 sold through the store pages at fighter-collection.com.\u00a0 This\u00a0 DOES NOT include\u00a0 Fighter Collection\u00a0 marketed\u00a0 video\/dvd productocts or DCS\/Fighter Collection\u00a0 software\u00a0 (includes Flight Simulator software)<\/p>\n

4. Valid Membership entitles\u00a0 discount entry\u00a0 to IWM Duxford on none airshow\/event\u00a0 days in lines with\u00a0 IWM Duxford agreement at the time of\u00a0 entry, this may\u00a0\u00a0 vary\u00a0 according to IWM terms.<\/p>\n

5. Valid Membership entitles\u00a0 free entry to\u00a0 Flight line walk at\u00a0 Flying Legends Airshow\u00a0 , no\u00a0 other\u00a0 Duxford or other airshow\u00a0 flightline walks.\u00a0 Admission is\u00a0 during the publicly accessible times only\u00a0 and with the\u00a0 same\u00a0 restrictions as\u00a0 all other\u00a0 admission to the Flightline walk.<\/p>\n

6. Valid\u00a0 Membership entitles\u00a0 entry to the Friends of TFC\u00a0 marquee at\u00a0 Flying Legends.\u00a0 (Friends of\u00a0 TFC\u00a0 reserve the right to restrict admission to the\u00a0 marquee\u00a0 area if\u00a0 capacity\u00a0\u00a0 rises\u00a0 above acceptable limits)<\/p>\n

7. Current Members\u00a0 will have access to the\u00a0 Members online area and additional aspects of the\u00a0 TFC website as lincesed for viewing by FofTFC\u00a0 current membersof Fighter-Collection.com<\/p>\n

8. Proof\u00a0 of\u00a0 membership of Friends of TFC is your\u00a0 certificate and your email receipt.\u00a0 Pre June 2014 enrolled members may still have an old\u00a0 style\u00a0 card which is\u00a0 valid until\u00a0 the\u00a0 expiry date.<\/p>\n

9. Friends of TFC have access to\u00a0 there own account page where they\u00a0\u00a0 can review their membership status and any purchass.<\/p>\n

10. All Friends of TFC enrolment and renewal is now online only. It is an annual subscription.<\/p>\n

11. Friends of TFC\u00a0\u00a0 online purchases:\u00a0 We will aim to despatch these within 14 days of\u00a0 cleared\u00a0 payment. 21 days\u00a0 for\u00a0 customised poloshirt designs.\u00a0 If their is any\u00a0 further\u00a0 delay to your\u00a0 order you will be\u00a0 notified.\u00a0 If an item is\u00a0 indicated as out of stock but\u00a0 available\u00a0 to\u00a0 order this will be indicated at time of purchase.\u00a0 In this\u00a0 case\u00a0 delivery\u00a0 date may exceed the above\u00a0\u00a0 times.<\/p>\n

12. Terms, Conditions, Prices may\u00a0\u00a0 change due to\u00a0 circumstances outside of Friends of TFC\u00a0 control.<\/p>\n

13. Statutory\u00a0 rights under\u00a0 United Kingdom law are not affected.<\/p>\n
