    Friends News: We  have  added a few more “previously operated” aircraft to the  aircraft menu – this one  could  be  quite a long task!  Also  added P-40C page.

  • Another Hellcat Update

    The Hellcat had an engine test earlier this week and a few people  noticed a discrete change, Martin Espin explains:

    “It’s been a long time coming but with Legends 2014 firmly behind us we have finally made time to fix the ‘missing’ windows on the Hellcat. Armed with Grumman drawing 24538 and illustrated diagram J27 the side windows and rear view panels were fabricated and reinstated into the aft fuselage. ”

    Caught today on a brief escape from the hangar the Hellcat during a wing lock check with Bob and Roy in control.

  • A rather special film

    While you enjoy this we  are  just  catching up on the  orders  for Friends merchandise.  We  have a couple of  items out of stock (Blue Flying Legends Caps and  FofTFC  Caps).  Most  in stock orders will be  despatched on Monday.

    Well that  was a great weekend , meeting friends  old and new.  We hope you enjoyed the Flying Legends  experience!  We will be  back after a short  break.
