    General access to Flightline Walk: Price held for another year at £5:00, Wheelchair users and those with a carer (if appropriate) free access, children under 14 – free). Times for access as advertised on the day.

  • What a Relief.

    After a poor morning weather wise at Duxford the rain finally cleared this afternoon long enough to give the MKXIV and Hellcat an engine run, and send the Corsair and P-40F up. Just after 6pm The Flying Bulls B-25 touched down at Duxford.

  • Mustang Engine Run

    Amongst other going ons today, the Mustang was out for an engine run prior to a test flight.

    In the afternoon the Hawk 75 was up for a flight, and early evening the Mustang was up, photos in the gallery below.

  • Peashooter Arrives

    This morning at Duxford, the Boeing P-26 Peashooter arrived from Planes of Fame, Chino, in time for Flying Legends.

  • Nimrod update

    Crosswind too high so no Nimrod…always happens if we say something will happen…

  • Gladiator and Nimrod out in the sun

    View at Duxford this  morning with  the Fighter Collection Hawker  Nimrod and Glostor  Gladiator outside  awaiting their  pilots for a display at Old Warden  this afternoon.

    Update, 13:30 weather conditions  mean  flights will not take place.

  • One day in June and getting busy

    Sunday  22nd June and a busy  day in the hangar and on the airfield.  A full post today with  both video record  and photos of the  days activity:
