Friends of TFC Membership and Sales Terms & Conditions
Friends of TFC (FofTFC) is the supporters organisation for the Fighter Collection.
1. Membership is as per currently published rates within the online subscription to Friends of TFC.
2. The subscription will not change during the annual term of an individual membership but the join and renewal rate may be subject to change.
3. Valid Membership of Friends of TFC entitles the member to a 10% discount on Friends of TFC merchandise as sold through the store pages at fighter-collection.com. This DOES NOT include Fighter Collection marketed video/dvd productocts or DCS/Fighter Collection software (includes Flight Simulator software)
4. Valid Membership entitles discount entry to IWM Duxford on none airshow/event days in lines with IWM Duxford agreement at the time of entry, this may vary according to IWM terms.
5. Valid Membership entitles free entry to Flight line walk at Flying Legends Airshow , no other Duxford or other airshow flightline walks. Admission is during the publicly accessible times only and with the same restrictions as all other admission to the Flightline walk.
6. Valid Membership entitles entry to the Friends of TFC marquee at Flying Legends. (Friends of TFC reserve the right to restrict admission to the marquee area if capacity rises above acceptable limits)
7. Current Members will have access to the Members online area and additional aspects of the TFC website as lincesed for viewing by FofTFC current membersof Fighter-Collection.com
8. Proof of membership of Friends of TFC is your certificate and your email receipt. Pre June 2014 enrolled members may still have an old style card which is valid until the expiry date.
9. Friends of TFC have access to there own account page where they can review their membership status and any purchass.
10. All Friends of TFC enrolment and renewal is now online only. It is an annual subscription.
11. Friends of TFC online purchases: We will aim to despatch these within 14 days of cleared payment. 21 days for customised poloshirt designs. If their is any further delay to your order you will be notified. If an item is indicated as out of stock but available to order this will be indicated at time of purchase. In this case delivery date may exceed the above times.
12. Terms, Conditions, Prices may change due to circumstances outside of Friends of TFC control.
13. Statutory rights under United Kingdom law are not affected.
