Less than a month to Flying Legends 2012. We have all taken the opportunity to have a long week end off before the push into Flying Legends week.
Fighter Log is now at the printers and we have pretty much everything in place to bring you updates on confirmed news on Flying Legends as and when we have it.
We have updated the P-47 web page including a newly edited video HERE which now includes much new material containing significant air to air footage, not previously released. Martyn, one of our engineers captured this during a recent photo shoot with John Dibbs and much thanks goes to John for allowing us to capture and use this material.
Enjoy and book your place at Legends 2012 to appreciate this lovely aeroplane.

Rob just caught this picture of TFC Nimrod with Stuart Goldspink at the controls closely followed by Charlie Brown in the HAC Nimrod at the Duxford Jubilee show. TFC Harvard has displayed and the MkVb is due later this afternoon – meanwhile Stephen is busy displaying the Hawk at La Ferte Alais, a busy day all round.
TFC Harvard, Nimrod and Spitfire MKVb are expected to display at Duxford on Sunday.
TFC Hawk flew off to France to display at La Ferte-Alais display this week-end. Further news on the Hawks visit to Europe will be added next week.
If you are visiting Duxford on Sunday we will have the Friends of TFC stand open during the morning in the hangar.
A quick reminder of Wednesday action at TFC – many thanks to pilots, engineers and TFC again for their help.
P-47, Corsair and Harvard up and about today – video to follow,
Hi
With Flying Legends getting ever closer so is the excitement. The workload is getting greater as well.
We would really love to answer all the emails and phone calls about TFC aircraft, new , old and rumoured. The truth is we just don’t have the time to reply to all these enquiries and work on aeroplanes.
As soon as we can announce news we will do, as we always have in the past. Thanks for helping us on this one – it really does help getting the work done.
