A quick rummage in the archives for September turned out autumnal this shot of Steve Hinton running up Miss Velma at Duxford. Maybe we need to add sound!

Just a reminder for volunteers, the hangar is open this Sunday (6th Sept)
We have a catch up from last week still to post but here we go with today’s activities: The XIV was out for a spin for a display today, with the usual suspects in to help.

We hope you enjoyed Legends 2015, see you again next year!

We are open at both sites now and look forward to seeing you call into the FoTFC tents. A good day was had yesterday and we hope you enjoy today too!
A quick couple of pictures from yesterday to whet your appetite:

We hope those of you with us at Flying Legends today are enjoying yourself. Those of you that went on The Flightline Walk should have some excellent photos, but with it closing soon why not come over to the FoTFC enclosure (opposite the American Air Museum), sit back, and enjoy the show!

Our team from the FoTFC enclosure:

And Finally how many engineers does it take to remove the roof from our jeep!?

We enjoyed it today, hope to see you tomorrow.

Hi Everyone. It is nearly Flying Legends 2015, but I guess you know that?
Friends of TFC are looking forward to meeting all our supporters over the weekend. We have two locations this year. We have a shop adjacent to the Flying Legends clothing store in front of the Bremont Enclosure, There is a Flying Legends sign on the front. Look out for the Friends of TFC flag.
We also have our traditional marquee at the other end of the airfield in the same location as last year. We have increased the seating in this area.
If you cannot find your Friends of TFC email or certificate we can check your membership status for you at the marquee.
Have a great week end.

Some pictures from Thursday, plenty of arrivals too!
